About the Institute

AIIMS Bhubaneswar was established in 2012 as one of the new AIIMS institutions under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It aims to provide high-quality medical education, healthcare, and research.

Admissions:

Eligibility:

  • MBBS: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with qualifying marks

  • Nursing & Allied Courses: As per course-specific eligibility norms

  • PG/Ph.D.: Relevant UG/PG degree with entrance qualification

Admission Process:

  • MBBS Admission: Through NEET-UG conducted by NTA

  • PG Admission (MD/MS/DM/M.Ch.): Through INI-CET conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi

  • B.Sc. Nursing & Other Allied Courses: Through AIIMS entrance exam
